Everyone in the class is very welcoming and offered to help me set up my equipment when the realized it was my first time taking the cardio class. The instructor (Starr) was also very welcoming, planned a challenging workout that was fun, and helped me mid class when I accidentally unfastened my jump board. Highly recommended this studio and Starr’s Cardio Sculpt 1.0 class if you want a fun workout, with good people, in an intimate space.
