She offered great modifications, making the practice accessible for beginners while still providing a wonderful flow for everyone. My favorite part was the thoughtful ending—along with the refreshing cold compress towels, she handed each of us an affirmation card, which was such a sweet and meaningful touch. Highly recommend!
