alle Bewertungen anzeigenKyra is simply amazing and her classes incredible. Intense, but also fun, varied and challenging. The only workout that gets my muscles shaking every time ! I tried many and I can say 100% these are the best lagree classes in Geneva.

No indications on form or posture, no cues on timing to perform the exercise, which is the entire essence of Lagree, etc.. The instructor was not Lucie by the way, was someone else. I normally do Lucie’s classes and I like them better

She was quick to adapt to the needs of clients and attentive to making adjustments. However, the studio would benefit from mirrors and better ventilation.
