My favorite pose is laying with my feet up the wall with a sandbag on my feet to stretch my hamstrings (and it does wonders for my lower back). I walk out of class feeling so limber and relaxed. Highly recommend!

When I got there, he said he’s no longer participating in Class Pass at is not holding any classes today. He stated he spoke to someone at class pass to cancel his membership with them. He gave me his business card and said he would make it up to me by holding a 1 hour strength training session on another day of my choosing. I was disappointed yet again. Class Pass needs to remove all of his future classes on this app, so this doesn’t happen to more people.
