I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

Her playlists are amazing and I love that she makes the class spicy and fun. My only suggestion would be to make the Spicy Sculpt classes a little hotter. I noticed the thermostat was set around 80° and I think 90° would make it even better. Regardless, it’s still a great workout and I always enjoy taking her classes!💘

She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.
