She spoke very well and was able to very clearly give instructions while barely touching the reformer herself. I can appreciate the clear instructions for sure. I really liked the class all around and she played great music. She seems very natural as a Pilates instructor. Looking forward to taking Moore for classes!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI adore the instructors and the workouts at Wellbee and while the community is very friendly, they can also be extremely inconsiderate. Today was not the first time that individuals in the class talked/gossiped through the entirety of shavasana. I find this entitlement so disrespectful as this is the only quiet moment for some people in their day; it completely throws off the practice. I understand it can be uncomfortable for the teacher to call this out but it is starting to tarnish my experience. I do not experience this at any other studio, even those with tight-knit communities.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenReally enjoyed my first Fort Fitness class today. The instructor for the Strength & Mobility class was very energetic and demonstrated each exercise. Would recommend the instructor use the time moving around the room to correct participants' form and provide modification options, as not everyone is able to do the same movements. Also, would be helpful to ask everyone if they have any injuries as the participants arrive. These are just recommendations based on other workouts I've been to.
