Her verbal instructions are very on point that I didn’t even have to look up multiple times just to see what position she was doing. She guided us very well. It was just the two of us who showed up to the class and she personalised it for both of us based on our capabilities to be able to execute yoga with good amount of challenge. Highly recommend her class.

I was a bit worried it would be too physical or complicated but he adjusted to our level. I had SO MUCH FUN. Try this class!!!!

The session was supposed to be an hour, but Coach Ryan took extra time to adjust the warm-up when he found out I had rotator cuff and ankle injuries. In total, the one-on-one session lasted around 1.5 hours. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really appreciated the extra care and attention. Honestly, the class felt like it was worth more than the credits it cost on ClassPass.
