As someone who spends long hours sitting at a desk, this area of my body often feels neglected, but Olga’s class was exactly what I needed. The class focused on slower movements and deep stretches, which left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. Olga’s guidance was gentle yet effective, and she created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. If I lived closer, I’d make this class a weekly ritual—it’s that good! I highly recommend this class (and the studio overall) to anyone looking to prioritize self-care and flexibility. Truly a gem!

The class itself was a huge challenge, I am feeling it the day after! Sarah’s daughter sat quietly at a desk during class and afterwards handed each person hand-written awards. It was so sweet and a really makes you feel good after a tough workout! I highly recommend Pilates with Sarah.
