First off…if you start off with an Eminem song, I know I’ll like you 🤣He’s very genuine and you can tell he enjoys being there and he also connects really well with the riders. He was still super tough and did some unique choreo that kicked my 🍑but I will for sure be back!

The environment was very welcoming and since it was my first class, the trainers made sure to check my form at every station which I really appreciated. It’s a small group training session, and I got a lot out of the workout especially since I have not done strength training for a few years. I highly recommend trying any class at BFT!
