She has an immense knowledge of the body and translates it so well into the way she teaches. Her cues are incredible and her classes have the best energy, music and choreography. Highly recommend taking Fallon’s classes!

I loved her use of layering with multiple spring suggestions - this really allows you to customize the class to your level. Her cues were spot on with a good mix of anatomy & uses of imagery. It kind of gives me nostalgia for cheer practice and the way we would warm up and do conditioning. I love it! My only constructive criticism would be to maybe lay the mats out ahead of time to make finding a spot in class easier and make sure everyone has enough space!
