We were able to have a sauna session afterwards, which added such great value to the entire experience. Simon is knowledgeable and good at what he does. Both the owners are fun, lovely and great hosts, making the whole experience so welcoming and joyful. I highly recommend the class, teacher and venue!!

The studio is beautifully loved, decorated nicely and with lovely props. It's a smaller space allowing for a more intimate experience. I highly recommend James as a teacher, the class and studio!!
