I’m thinking to go do a Japanese straight perm next time but for now just enjoying my new holiday look. So many compliments. The salon looks really modern and clean and everyone was really nice. It was super busy but they had my appointment in the books and it was very smooth and a great experience. Will be back.

Classpass always has an issue with scheduling appointments as it’s not always confirmed on the salon’s end. So you end up driving all the way to the salon to find out there’s no appt for you on their end. I tried to call / confirm my appt for almost 2 hours before my appt and got in touch with no one. Their phone system is an automated bot that claims will call you back after you leave a VM. I left 2 and never got a call back. I decided to show up to my appt & thankfully they took me in but it was very frustrating not being to get a hold of them. I even reached out on Ig & still no response.
