I like that instructors are able to give everyone personalid tips and help us adjust the exercises as needed. The studio has supportive atmosphere that makes the tough workouts fly by 😏 I've definitely seen myself getting stronger and more fit since I started taking these classes regularly!

You need to sign for at reception on the ground floor so best to come a little bit earlier. Class was small and trainer was encouraging. Could do with a few more mirrors though as it’s hard to check your form if you’re in the back.
