alle Bewertungen anzeigenWOW! Incredible experience at Sophie’s Qigong class. Extremely easy practice for absolutely any person to attain. Particularly, loved the focus on a particular organ of the body, the sound healing component at the end, and how she would hold with the instruments near each person while playing the sounds.

It’s outdoors but well covered and ventilated so that it still feels good to do even under the Florida weather while enjoying fresh breeze, and the sound of trees and birds. The stretching class I took felt like a combination of different practices, not just yoga. I was expecting it to be light and easy, and it was surprisingly challenging but still doable and fun. If I can say something that I didn’t love was that the teacher breath counts for holding the poses or repeating movements was a little too fast for me. Maybe because I tend to breath deep and long when doing it consciously, but I’d say her counting was more similar to the breath of a person doing cardio. That didn’t take away from the experience, however, I simply adjusted and learned from the new techniques introduced. I look forward to trying the other classes offered!
