I like this studio but some of the teachers are a little over the top aggressive so this was incredibly welcoming while still packing quite a punch 🥊 (I’m still sore!) I loved this class so much!!!

The class was well organized, with three 12-minute stations, which each had their own set of exercises written on a whiteboard. The instructor was really friendly and supportive, as were the other folks in the class. At 7am, there was also free street parking. Would highly recommend.
