There wasn’t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes I’ve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think it’s nice to try both.

She gives the best hugs!) but seriously: if you want to challenge yourself internally but come out of class feeling just a little more healed, a little more like the authentic you, then you’ll love it. It’s not a traditional vinyasa the whole time, read the description. But to me it’s better. And the space feels so inclusive and safe and inspiring!

The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.
