She always guides us through the movements and checks on all participants to ensure they are doing the movements properly to get the most benefit. I like this studio but some of the teachers are a little over the top aggressive so this was incredibly welcoming while still packing quite a punch 🥊 (I’m still sore!) I loved this class so much!!!
