Hana made me feel welcome immediately and took my current body status (postpartum c section recovery) into account while curating the class and giving excellent (with consent) hands on adjustments. I've been searching for non heated yin to replace the beloved Astro gong yoga studio. I will definitely be back for this one. More Yin! More non heated classes please!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAmazing yoga flow - very balanced focused which LIVED and don’t usually get to work on. Mats can be rented for 3$ and on a Sunday I was finally able to find street parking. Great amenities and the instructor Mich L was wonderful and provided fantastic modifications and advanced options for poses. We were offered free tea during check in as well which was so nice. Hope to return soon.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was the most enjoyable & well balanced class in terms of difficulty that I’ve taken at reform yet! It definitely wasn’t easy but it was not ridiculous. Jordan really feels like an authentic pilates instructor and I didn’t feel like I was being asked to do anything ridiculous that probably doesn’t even target any muscle groups. Her directions were great and she asked questions if we didn’t understand something. She also corrected form which is so important to me. Also music was great!!! Love love love. I will be returning for Jordan’s classes
