Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

alle Bewertungen anzeigeni’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys
