Really very nice orchestration of challenging, engaging largely accessible sculpt sequences (with a couple of peak poses beyond my practice or goals, fun to take a shot at, nonetheless). After class while organizing belongings prior to departure, was already virtually empty in between classes when upon gently asking a core crew member, they declined studio mat spray usage for personal mat—seemed a bit odd, especially as someone who works at a neighboring studio where this small courtesy would invariably be accommodated, though no biggie regardless.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenClassic Pilates class. Mariah was great at going around and correcting form, felt there was a lot of focus on protecting your joints which was great. Personally I prefer the sculpt class as it is faster paced with less breaks but this class was a nice change up!
