Unfortunately today multiple people showed up late (like 5-10 mins late!!) which is such a distraction. Obviously this isn’t the Burgs fault AT ALL and I’m not sure if a policy in place is the way to go, but it does take from the overall experience.

Carley has genuinely changed my perspective on yoga and improved my practice so much! I also love her stretch and sound bath on Tuesday, but this Friday morning class is seriously the bestttt way to start the day! I wish they offered this class other days of the week!!
