Despite this, the instructor managed to teach an amazing class while also giving me the one-on-one corrections I needed to use the equipment. I will definitely be back, thanks to Melissa’s help that made my first pilates experience accessible and fun. I will be back for sure!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI took the 9am Pound class with Jessica and the following 30min strength/ HiiT style class. I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
