alle Bewertungen anzeigenRobin was awesome! The class vibe is over the roof, Robin is keeping a great atmosphere motivating people and clearly stating instructions which is very important. The room set up is dark with disco looking lights which follow the music beat nicely. Robin is mixing the music live for the class bringing uniqueness to the training. I have been training for a year, however, only done a spinning class once in the past. This class made me sweat a lot and have a high pulse, it is very intense cardio. Easy check in to the gym, everything is clean and organized. Totally recommend it.

I'm completely new to Reformer Pilates but the receptionist was so lovely, took time to explain the layout and what to expect. Ali was a great instructor and paid attention to everyone's form and technique. I really benefited from the small class-size. I will be back:-)
