Yazmin's verbal cues invited the body to move into postures without force, providing options to get us to the edge for the day. Yazmin's individual adjustment helped each body to come into our being, since we are all of different shapes and agility. The silent/non-guided meditation allowed the soma to turn inward, like candle-gazing our inner flame 😌💗✨ Beautiful 90min class to awaken the body and soul 🌟
