alle Bewertungen anzeigenvery very challenging for me but i'm so glad that i experienced this class and the teacher lynne (i hope im spelling that right) was AMAZING! i'm new to yoga so i feel uncomfortable in the classes sometimes but she showed me exactly what i was supposed to be doing and modifications for the poses i couldn't do! will def be back for more classes even if there different ones 🥰

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI loved how calm and grounding this class was. at first I was expecting to be tortured like when I go to Soul yoga, this is nothing like that. every movement seemed intentional and brought relief to my body. I am running or doing resistance training almost daily and I don't think I realized how tight my body was. So grateful for this class! I will definitely be coming back! The instructor was such a calming presence. And it was her first day back after having a baby, what a gem! If you are feeling intimidated by hot yoga, the gentle warm yoga is a wonderful introductory step into that!
