Got locked in the toilet so missed the first 5 minutes of the class which was a shame, but was a great class with good energy and really nice studio! Just a shame I missed the first 5 mins and warm up as staff had to help unlock the toilet door :(

My sister and I went to this workout class for the first time the other day and we found it so good. I normally so a lot of weight resistant work so this was really challenging for me but I enjoyed it alot. I recommend going to Nick’s class. he’s very enthusiastic and can tell he is passionate about it. Will be booking up another class when I’m back in Manchester! Thanks Nick. :)
