    Brilliant class! Florin is one of the best Bike&Beat instructors as he proposes different full body workouts and playlists so it never gets boring. Florin pushes us to a max with the right tone and explains all the choreographies in a clear way. It’s not just a super great workout for toning etc. but also a happy place for everything in regards to mental wellbeing :).

    Good class & instructor :) only 30 mins but managed to fit in 2 tabata circuits & definitely got my heart rate up! Included a few exercises I hadn’t done before but as it’s a small class (max 5 people) the instructor was able to spend time correcting everyone’s form which was great.

    I absolutely love this gym. The staff are super helpful and friendly, facilities are always clean (you can see staff constantly cleaning around during all hours) and there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Equipments are new and well maintained and you can spot PTs around who can help answer questions.
