alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe ending of the class was fun, but the majority of the class is the instructor talking… they also overfill the classes, there was only three poles that were able to be used for the class and I think there was 12 people in the class I was in. If you’re looking for a work out, this is not it. My watch counted a total of 20 minutes of actual work out during the hour and a half class time. The teacher just kept trying to sell people on doing class packages.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenUnfortunately, I showed up for the 8a Saturday yoga class and no one was there to teach and the door was locked. The other people that showed up had attempted to reach someone from the business just before 8a and just after but there was no response. About 8:10 we called again and finally the owner answered stating that someone else was supposed to be teaching but that she happened to be on her way there and would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited until 8:30 and there was still no one that showed up so we all decided to leave. I love to support my people and minority businesses but this was a little out of hand in the business professionalism department.
