She is an exceptional Lagree instructor: doesn’t overdo each muscle group with each movement series, this then helps by not exhausting a muscle group helping you to keep correct form resulting in insane shakes! Speaking of form, Beate always gives verbal cues of what you should be feeling & where, and suggests the tiniest of changes to activate muscle awareness. Love love love her classes!

Ça travaille les muscles en profondeur comme je n'avais jamais ressenti auparavant. C'est hyper exigeant, mais on ressort avec une vraie sensation d'avoir tout donné. Nour est présente tout au long de la séance, corrige les postures et adapte les exercices au niveau de chacun. Une très belle découverte, je recommande !
