alle Bewertungen anzeigenReally nice class and the instructor was clear, enthusiastic, and encouraging. There's no proper waiting area so there's not much point in arriving early. Check which location it is on the booking for the class rather than the location of the business, there's a few close to each other. A tip for dance for your pole is that it really would be much nicer to have privacy in the studio, blurring the entire windows would be much better- can hardly blame the people on the street staring.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenReally like the teacher - so friendly and motivating 🥰 This class was challenging but also because I’ve never done ballet - it took me a few rounds to be able to follow the sequence properly (I was copying others). Also, I have lower back issues so some of the exercises were difficult for me to keep my back straight on the mat (I guess it requires for me to stretch more ;-)). But maybe there could be some props provided for cases like that?

It was perfect class for me to calm down myself, stretch my body out and find my mellow natural energy back after having kinda stressful and hectic afternoon. I liked it has more mellow and breathing sequence than typical contemporary choreography. Love both are strong and hot but I’m defo down to have more class! x

alle Bewertungen anzeigenOn my trial period in Class Pass I tried various yoga studios in the neighbourhood and so far Maria was the most attentive teacher that I’ve met! She made sure to memorise participants names, she remembered about injuries, she explained everything in a very detailed way and corrected mistakes. This is something you rarely see in other studios, where participants are left alone and are just doing things fast, but incorrectly. On top of that, even though Maria focused on explaining the basics, she oftentimes showed more advanced variants of asanas, so I wouldn’t say the class was for beginners only. Very mindful vinyasa flow.
