Her energy and enthusiasm made the class so fun and motivating. The studio was also amazing with the theatre like lights and sound system. I’d be coming back if I lived here:)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenCrystal is amazing! The studio apparently implemented a new “rule” though that you can’t choose your spot or even move spots if your on ClassPass . They’ll put you in the very back corner despite the other treds and floor spots being wide open and the front desk refuses to move you. I’ve been coming for years so know this is new.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI did the noon class today and I absolutely LOVED it!! The music was great, the instructor was awesome and the vibe was 💯💯. I love that the workouts focus on isolated muscle groups instead of every day being a full body workout. I also love that you’ll never do the same workout twice. 100/10 stars 😊
