Trainerin schaut aufmerksam mit und korrigiert bzw weist darauf hin. Find ich als AnfĂ€ngerin super, um alles korrekt zu lernen. Lisa baut auch immer paar SpĂ€Ăe ein und fĂŒhlt mit, wenn man kurz vorm Aufgeben ist, dann kommt der nötige Push :D

Simplemente me encantaron las dos clases que tomĂ©. El ambiente es acogedor, y la calidad de la enseñanza es realmente excepcional. Reclamo: Sin embargo, tuve una experiencia desagradable durante la pausa entre las clases. Fui a llenar mi botella de agua y, al preguntar dĂłnde podĂa hacerlo, la recepcionista Iolanda me informĂł que debĂa usar el lavabo del baño. Ella justificĂł diciendo que la escuela de danza no tiene la obligaciĂłn de ofrecer bebederos ni de vender agua a los alumnos. Cuando expresĂ© mi desacuerdo, sentĂ que no fui tratada con amabilidad. Al final, cuando me despedĂ diciendo âbuenas tardesâ, la recepcionista ni siquiera me mirĂł ni respondiĂł, lo cual considero una falta de respeto y atenciĂłn bĂĄsica al cliente. Espero que este punto pueda ser revisado, ya que la experiencia general en la escuela fue excelente, pero pequeños detalles como este pueden afectar la percepciĂłn de un lugar tan bueno.
