I particularly loved introduction to today’s practice - offering an invitation to approach each asana through new perspectives and lenses, exploring attachment and non-attachment, and connecting to yoga philosophy. It said beginner to medium which I thought would just mean a lighter version of the signature but instead it was taught as a complete beginners class as if this was your first time on a reformer- including five minutes at the start explaining how the machine worked- which I already knew

Je teste par pur hasard ce cours, Je n’avais jamais fait d’ashtanga. En seulement 4 cours avec Cyril je ressens enfin une progression notable. C’est fou ! Définitivement le Meilleur prof de Yoga que j’ai eu de toute ma vie parmi tous les profs que j’ai pu tester entre Paris, Bali, et même en Inde ! Sa méthode est dynamique, Il n’a pas de tapis, il nous guide et navigue entre les pratiquants pour nous accompagner et corriger individuellement pour afin d’aller plus loin tout en respectant notre niveau. I wish there were lockers or a proper changing room at Bhuti, the garden dome might also make the practice a tiny bit complicated if there are more than 3 yogis attending because of the lack of space.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenIk kwam bij de verkeerde les terecht, Vinyasa, want de les waarvoor ik me had ingeschreven bleek op een andere locatie te zijn (let dus op dat je naar de goede gaat want ze liggen op 10 minuten loopafstand van elkaar). Het was te laat om nog naar mijn ‘eigen’ les te gaan maar gelukkig mocht ik bij de andere les meedoen. Prachtige ruime kerkzaal met glas-in-loodramen en hoge plafonds, dat geeft een heel bijzondere yoga-ervaring en de docent droeg daaraan bij op een zachte, vriendelijke manier. Erg fijn!

It's often quick and powerful yang, and then some yin (which often also is rushed); too much for my system, personally. But Fleur's class catered to my need for softness, also within movement. I liked the softness and slowness of the movements within this class, before we transitioned into yin/restorative. Thanks for creating such a gentle space. I'll be back.
