Would recommend to anyone looking to get into strength training with a coach but doesn’t want the 1-1 attention. You have the room to practice and workout but still get feedback from the instructor

I admit I was nervous I wasn't going to get a great workout when I walked in and only see fellow classmates over age 50, but it was an awesome class and we all worked so hard. Thanks Laurie! I do recommend getting there at least 10 minutes early, since no one at the front desk had even heard of class pass and didn't know how to check me in 😅
