It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.

She incorporates the instruments in such a way that you can actually feel it rejuvenating the body. Throughout the class, I felt calm, relaxed, and totally at peace. By the time class was over, I felt lighter than air! Thanks, Tara, for providing the BEST sound healing experience ever!!!
