It was a small class, 7 mats total, so it felt more personal compared to classes I’ve taken at other studios where there’s like 15 mats. The instructor was very nice! She also corrected our form when needed. The heat was more warm than hot. Hope they can increase it more in the future. Will take more classes!

It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.

He even taught us the history of Pilates which was great because as you’re doing the movement you make connections of the origin of the exercise! I will be back :)
