She reads the room very well, gives you variations, and she squeezes in some English so everyone is comfortable. She is one of those teachers who walks the room and helps with adjustments to your asana or challenges you to go further, if you want.

Although I'm new to yoga, she encouraged me and gave me tips on how to improve. Furthermore, each strong flow works with different parts of the body each Sunday. To conclude, Yara is a fantastic instructor who has gotten me hyped for doing yoga!

Yin Yang is a great class to do in-between more intensive training sessions, relieving soreness, or just for stress and tension relief from extended sitting.
