I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. The trainer Carole gave very clear instructions and guidance, while still making the class feel dynamic and challenging. A wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨

The class was a perfect build up to a really intense workout and for one who can usually tolerate most hard workouts, this one kicked my butt. I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. Very calming but stretchy, the music was “jazzy” and chill, there is a lot of space in the studio so it feels very private and there is a lot of light from the outside. The surroundings are calming, doesn’t even feel that we are so central. Matilda is amazing, tack :)
