alle Bewertungen anzeigenVery gentle and great for beginners, though a little familiarity with poses is helpful for when the instructor gives time during class for you to do your own thing for a few minutes. A more spiritual style of instruction (based on things the instructor would say, incense, music, dimming the lights) rather than one that's very fitness/strength oriented. I really appreciated that the instructor led us through a wide mix of poses... I dread yoga classes that are almost exclusively mat work, as my wrists get very sore. I didn't have that issue at all in this class. The instructor was also great at explaining poses and giving options/modifications. I felt very comfortable in the class despite my limited yoga experience.

She’s been such a huge part in finding my love for movement and myself. Do yourself a favor and book when she’s available you won’t regret it. Love you V! 🥹

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI love this studio so much, the classes never disappoint. BUT this isn’t my 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that there weren’t towels for class. It’s gotten out of hand. Especially since there are showers at the studio. I had to dry my body and hair w a tiny microfiber cloth…. It’s a hot yoga studio WITH showers… how do you not have towels for your customers to use?

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAbsolutely loved this class. Was my first time at core power and while there's yoga poses, I'd definitely liken this more to heated barre/pilates/yoga fusion. Definitely bring a sweat towel and water. Useful to be familiar with general yoga poses and then get ready to sweat!
