I had some trouble following along today and would appreciate more descriptive cues next time. Could be that I was just extra tired today. Thanks again for kicking our butts!

While there were more proper vinyasa flows towards the end, a good part of the first half of the class was more like yoga-inspired fitness. Again, nothing really wrong with it, just perhaps I didn’t do my research well and came in with a mismatch in expectations.
