Other peers were really kind and encouraging during class! I also enjoyed the stretching at the end of this specific workout since I sometimes skip on stretching or just forget! Will definitely be back!

As a stiff beginner, it’s tough moving your legs smoothly and training muay thai, but I’m really happy Maz helped me step out of my comfort zone.
