It's an hour-long deep meditation set to a beautifuly curated, trance-like but rhythmic playlist. He gives intentional and detailed coaching throughout, keeping our attention on our breath and reminding of micro adjustments for each pose. You can feel that he is totally present and genuinely wants to share this with his community. He has a true gift. After three weeks of traveling and practicing yoga elsewhere, I am so glad to be back to Asteya and in particular Donny's class. Nothing compares.

The instructor was great - she clearly communicated and demonstrated each move and was super encouraging. Other attendees were really kind and supportive too, which made for a really positive environment.

Her instruction, her dialogue, her humor, her actions, her pose instruction was incredible. She was on top of her already elite game. Just loved it.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class is amazing! Instructor is great! Quick yet challenging workout that leaves you sore for days. This class will def make you sweat! And its not even heated… best part the workout is only 45min which makes you give it your all and keeps you engaged the entire time! In comparison to the other 1hr build class, i feel the shortened time really makes a difference and helps get you in and out so you can go about your day while still knowing you got a good workout in that doesnt leave you too tired to half a$$$$ the rest of the hour…. Just wish there were more days build classes a week!

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon. It’s a very peaceful environment and I really enjoyed the class and the instructor.
