I have gone to other gyms and workout classes and the instructors have embarrassed me for not being able to keep up with the others and I usually leave frustrated. This studio is so encouraging when I make a modification or if I need to stop for a minute and let my heart rate slow down, I have only received positive and encouraging words. It really makes a difference.
