And gave me a run down of the tools we’d be using. The workout was challenging and I feel refreshed after. More athletic when I was expecting more artistic but that’s okay.

Challenging workout in a unique space, very welcoming community and instructor. I personally liked how the screens on the wall display the exercise and amount of time remaining- it beeps when it’s time to stop/switch, rather than having an instructor yelling the entire time. I will be back!

She understood that I'm older and had never worked out in my life and modified exercises without making me feel like I was taking anything away from the other patrons. The instructor was attentive, professional, and I got the sense he’s an expert in kinesiology/anatomy. I felt safe with his guidance which can be tricky sometimes trying out new places. It was clear many of the attendees were regulars and know eachother well which can be intimidating but I felt welcomed and was really touched by their kindness. I’ll definitely be back!

You should strongly think about running a group session for people who are attending for their first time. I think people who are brand new, like myself would get more from it and the desire to return would be stronger if we weren't *thrown in the fire* so to speak.
