Really enjoyed this class. The instructor was firm with her instruction, but simultaneously caring and connected. The flow was challenging but also modifiable, as needed. I mentioned a back injury and she checked on me a few times, which I really appreciated. Easy parking, clean and spacious studio.

The class was small and intimate. Jocelyn provided reflective statements that helped me reflect on my life and week throughout the class. She also made to refill my wine class whenever it was empty! Overall, I loved the class. Definitely would come back.
