This was my first class and the instructor was very good about recommending modifications for certain things that were difficult for me. 10/10 would recommend!

She’s great for the newbies because she explains all of the moves and some of the other instructors don’t go into that much detail. She’s really funny and the sweetest. I always get the best work out with her. Most importantly she makes me love working out. No small feat for sure! I try to take her class, whenever ClassPass keeps it affordable.

Studio is the perfect size for about 10-15 people. Teacher had great energy and was very engaging. I look forward to taking another class and supporting a small dance studio in LB!
