One guy in the front row just kept whooing extremely loudly the entire class and it was hard to get into the music and zone with that happening. Not Meghan’s fault though!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFrancis was lovely! We were running late and she went out of her way to helped us get set up even though she already started the class. It was definitely a killer workout. The headphones were a game changer for a spin class which gave you the extra push. The transition from spin to yoga was amazing as it helped with stretching the body and not to get sore after. Will be back for more and I highly recommend her class.

It’s a class that will help me address some long-standing stiffness and mobility challenges. I’ll return.
