It was a nice cardio session focused both on lower body and upper body muscles❤️🔥 The only thing that I didn’t like that there was a private session with another instructor going on at the same time and it was super distracting as they were very loud. I feel like it’s not ideal at all to have a separate class going in such a small studio.
