    Rachel has the best energy!! Somehow I had fun at 715am and the moon flow/encouragement to try new balancing movements was a wonderful start to the day before work. Recommend to everyone to get a flow in with her and take an hour for you before everyone needs you all day 🫶🏼

    Love Liz, love Shakti—but I would love it all the more if they didn’t pack out classes like sardines. The constant fear of hitting a neighbor on every side, or the constant ick of seeing a neighbor actively drip sweat on your own mat, totally takes me out of the meditative headspace I go to yoga for in the first place. :/
