The extra efforts made by the studio and Purva herself - from weighted eye masks, blankets, energy cards and even a gorgeous scented balm to calm the senses - really made the class one of a kind for me. Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. I came in with back pain and a very tense body, but by the end of the session I felt so much more relaxed and relieved. I also really appreciated how engaging you were throughout the class—it kept me motivated and focused the whole time. I especially loved how you counted us through each movement and kept us on track with perfect timing. It made the class so much easier to follow and really helped me stay connected to every exercise.
